This is a list of some of the things I either use regularly or that I really enjoy. I hope it can serve both as inspiration to others and a chance for me to revisit this page and make improvements to my workflow.

Favorites and essentials

• Firefox - I overall like Firefox, but the killer feature for me is Tab Containers
• Itsycal - looove this little calendar and use it all the time. Can’t belive it’s free
• Shottr - the best screenshot app I know of. Really helpful for work and day to day life
• Loom - best screen recorder tool. I still use its free plan and it’s really helpful at work
• Alfred - this “little” app is the core of most of the things I do on my Mac. I plan on writing more about it, as there’s so much to say.
• Magnet - my window management app. Bought it years ago and never think about it, the shortcuts are muscle memory at this point
• Bear and Tot for notetaking - Bear for longer form writing, Tot as a post-it like system
• Goodnotes - the place most things in my head got to first
