This is a list of some of the things I either use regularly or that I really enjoy. I hope it can serve both as inspiration to others and a chance for me to revisit this page and make improvements to my workflow.

Favorites and essentials

• Firefox - I overall like Firefox, but the killer feature for me is Tab Containers
• Itsycal - looove this little calendar and use it all the time. Can’t belive it’s free
• Shottr - the best screenshot app I know of. Really helpful for work and day to day life
• Loom - best screen recorder tool. I constantly use it for work
• Raycast - Testing Raycast after many years using Alfred. I like it, but I have mixed feelings which one I prefer. I might switch back in the future
• Magnet - my window management app. Bought it years ago and never think about it, the shortcuts are muscle memory at this point
• Obsidian - Decided to try Obsidian after using Bear for many year. Same story as Raycast/Alfred, I like it but I haven’t fully got used to it. Might need to invest more time into customizing it
• Antinote - It has replaced Tot for me and I’m very happy about. It’s the quick scratchpad in my mac that I use all the time. It also has many useful little features. Highly recommend it
• NetNewsWire - The first RSS reader I tried, and I really like it. It works perfectly and it’s simple to use. No reason to change it
• Raindrop - My read it later app of choice. It’s my companion to NetNewsWire. I’m not very good at crossing the reading items there and that’s on me. Quite happy with it
